An amazing array of Polish goodness to satisfy your taste buds. They have great pierogi, some of the best I've had in Colorado. Keep coming back for more when I'm around.

Red Borscht
I am a frequent flyer at the Pierogies Factory! After my mom wanted to share one of her favorite comfort foods with me when she was visiting, I've been hooked! I had never tried borscht before, but now it's what I crave when I need some hearty comfort food. I usually get it with the sauerkraut and mushroom pierogies, and it is SO delicious! I also appreciate that they have a variety of dishes and fillings/toppings to choose from as I like to take my friends here and they are always able to find something that matches their dietary restrictions or preferences. This has become my go-to spot and I am so happy that my mom introduced me!
Polish Platter
As an American that lived on the Polish border for a bit, getting to go by here when in town is a must! The platter gives a good taste of everything, and is massive. Highly recommend!

4 Pierogies of Your Choice
I have had your Pierogies from the Food Truck when you come to Loveland! My Mom was Pure Polish and always talked about Pierogies but, I don't remember her making them? I LOVE yours! I wish you had a restaurant in Northern Colorado ?! Or at least came to Loveland more?? My favorite is the Cabbage Roll!!! My Husband's favorite is the Sausage! I like the Potato Cheese Pierogies! Please at least sell at our King Soopers on Eagle Dr in Loveland? Thank you for bringing me the food of Poland, I wish my Mom could have had your food! May God Bless You All! Lori Meier Johnson
