Delicious and authentic. Better mustard would be welcomed. And a slice of good Polish bread would go along really well to make it even more authentic.

Ordered the mix from their food truck at GRIST lounge.... food truck service was AWESOME! Plate was DELICIOUS! Fresh, Flavorful and overall Fantastic. My tip: Don't Miss their stores like me... regret.
